I’m taking autobody repair co-op this year, do you think they’d let me work on my car?

i have an 83 firebird that needs dents pulled, to be buffed and pianted… do you think my autobdy repair co-op would let me work on it for free or at least less than what a real paint job and everything costs? lol

More than likely. most of them do, mainly because they know that if you are trying to fix your own stuff, you are more likely to pay attention and do things right the first time. also, it would be a lot cheaper. most of the time, they just charge you materials. thats about it.

I know that some of the teachers let their students do. I had a good friend who they let do it. All you have to do is ask. It’s a yes or no chance what do you have to loose.
