I currently own a 2004 Chevy Malibu Classic that I am currently halfway through paying off. I have full coverage through progressive and the other night we had a dentmasters.biz/hail-damage-repair.htm”target=”_self”rel=”external”title=”Hail” >hail storm but the hair wasnt very big so I didnt think it would hurt too much if any it was about pea to golf ball sized at biggest. Well the next morning my mom called me and asked if i had any damage to my car and told me to go look. When i did i found that there was quite a big of damage that you couldnt see in the bright sun when u look straight on but if u looked to the side you could see it there is alot of little dents all over the hood, the fenders, the roof, all four doors including the sides, and the trunk. I called to make a claim to my insurance company about this but i was wondering how much if anyone knows it might cost for the repairs. I have a 1000 deductable but im pretty sure there is enough damage that it will be a pretty high cost to fix I think my car is only worth about 6900 at the most so I’m thinking they might just total it out and call it a lost. But if anyone has had any experience with this please let me know how much u paid so i can have a better idea of what to expect? and i was also thinking about just keeping the payout to pay the rest of my car off instead of fixing it because i really dont mind the dents they dont look that bad any one want to give their opinion on that as to if that would be a good idea or not and why?
